Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Responsibilities:

🔹 Implementing 1:1 ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans

🔹 Collecting accurate data during sessions

🔹 Collaborating with supervising BCBAs

🔹 Supporting skill development in communication, independence, behavior reduction, and social skills

🔹 Providing therapy in home, school, community, and/or clinic settings

Qualifications:

✔ Active RBT certification

✔ High school diploma or higher

✔ Reliable transportation and punctuality

✔ Passion for helping children learn and grow

✔ Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback

Service Population:

Children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs in Palm Beach County.
