Job Description
Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families.
We are currently seeking an Intensive Case Manager to work with intensive-SMI population!
Belle Glade, Wellington, Loxahatchee area
Previous experience with intensive-SMI population required.
CBHCM Certification required
FCB Certification (Preferred).
Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County.
Detailed description will be provided during interview.
Skills / Requirements
- PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel.
- Preferred Bi-lingual SPANISH/CREOLE
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field
- Major in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Special Education, Health Education, or a related Human Services Field
- Min. 3 yrs full time experience or equivalent experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness.
- FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Community Resources
