Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will provide administrative oversight, clinical consultation, and ensure compliance with contractual and documentation standards. You will support and guide our clinical team to deliver high-quality services while maintaining best practices in Medicaid Services and Child Welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractual Compliance & Oversight:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide administrative guidance and clinical consultation to assigned team members.
• Clinical & Administrative Duties:
• Maintain and update billing summaries for assigned clinicians.
• Regularly review clinicians’ caseloads to ensure they meet expected standards.
• Audit clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with deadlines.
• Oversee documentation processes for client transfers and discharges.
• Team & Client Support:
• Maintain open communication with managed care agencies and external providers to resolve administrative or clinical issues.
• Participate in peer reviews, case staffings, and scheduled departmental meetings.
• Respond to emergency calls and attend multidisciplinary meetings as needed.
• Performance Management:
• Conduct regular performance reviews for assigned clinical staff.
• Review and manage Prior Authorizations.
• Ensure clinicians meet all documentation requirements and deadlines.
• Professional Development & Training:
• Participate in all staff meetings, including biweekly team meetings, supervisor sessions, and monthly in-service training.
• Promote continuous learning and adherence to best practices within the clinical team.

Qualified Supervisor & Bilingual Preferred.
