Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

🔹 Provide supervision to RBTs/BCaBAs

🔹 Deliver parent/caregiver training

🔹 Monitor progress, adjust programming, and ensure clinical excellence

🔹 Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary partners

Qualifications:

✔ Active BCBA certification

✔ Licensed or license-eligible in Florida (preferred)

✔ Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills

✔ Passion for evidence-based practice and quality care

✔ Experience in home, school, or clinic settings is a plus

Service Population:

Children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs within Palm Beach County.
