Department: Admissions

  • Reports To: Admissions Program Director
  • Status: Part Time Employee (Monday - Friday; up to 29 hours a week)
  • Medicaid HMO / PA experience a plus.
  • Service coordinator experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail).
  • Bilingual a must (English/Spanish).
  • Ensure referrals contain all necessary documentation including Prior Authorization and treatment plans.
  • Verify funding source.
  • Assigns newly arrived cases to all independent contractors and inform their supervisors via e-mail.
  • Monitor service delivery.
  • Send Reports to management accordingly
