Administrative Assistant (Admissions)
- Reports To: Admissions Program Director
- Status: Part Time Employee (Monday - Friday; up to 29 hours a week)
- Medicaid HMO / PA experience a plus.
- Service coordinator experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail).
- Bilingual a must (English/Spanish).
- Ensure referrals contain all necessary documentation including Prior Authorization and treatment plans.
- Verify funding source.
- Assigns newly arrived cases to all independent contractors and inform their supervisors via e-mail.
- Monitor service delivery.
- Send Reports to management accordingly
